My services are white glove concierge care level. What does this mean?

• We start with your complimentary consultation where I explain my services in detail and you tell me all about you and your family and what you are looking for in your vacation.

• After our consultation you will receive a follow up email that includes a summary of what we discussed and a brief description of my recommendation.

• Once you choose to hire me you pay my fee and I begin to work on your trip. I will send you an email with a next steps timeline and follow that up with my first and best proposal. This can include flight, lodging, excursions, transfers, and insurance information.

• After you sign off on the proposal we discuss booking options and possible payment plans. I will send updates and reminders throughout if you are using a payment plan.

• As your trip gets closer you will receive a packing guide, know before you go, organized travel documents, and detailed itinerary.

• I am available to you while you are traveling and on-site to help with any issues that may arise.

• Upon arrival home you will get a welcome back follow-up email.
